About me
My journey to permanent makeup began long before I entered this profession. During high school I attended various art workshops and preparation courses for art school entrance exams, where I gradually developed a strong sense of proportion, symmetry, and detail.Later, I studied architecture at Czech Technical University in Prague. I also spent more than ten years working in an architectural studio, where I further developed my design skills, aesthetic sensitivity, and precision in working with details.Drawing and creating have always felt natural to me. When I focus on fine details, I experience the same sense of calm and concentration as when creating a piece of art.For me, permanent makeup is more than just a treatment — it is a combination of artistry, precision, and a deeply personal approach. Booking and Appointments3.1 The Client may book an appointment through the Notino Salony booking system or by individual arrangement.3.2 An appointment becomes binding once it has been confirmed by the Service Provider and/or once the price of the service or a part thereof has been paid.3.3 The Service Provider reserves the right to refuse a booking without giving a reason, for example due to capacity or health-related reasons.4. Cancellation Policy6.1 Cancellation or rescheduling of an appointment is possible no later than 48 hours before the scheduled appointment.6.2 If an appointment is cancelled less than 48 hours before the scheduled time, a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the service price may be charged.6.3 In the event of failure to attend the appointment without prior notice (no-show), a cancellation fee of 100% of the service price will be charged.6.4 In the event of repeated cancellations, the Service Provider reserves the right to require payment in advance.7. Client’s Health Condition and Contraindications
7.1 Obligation to Provide Information About Health ConditionBefore the treatment begins, the Client is required to truthfully and fully inform the Service Provider of any health restrictions, allergies, medications being taken, ongoing medical treatments, illnesses or other circumstances that may affect the safety of the service, the healing process or the final result of the procedure.7.2 ContraindicationsThe Service Provider may refuse, postpone or recommend consultation with a physician, particularly in cases of:Acute infectious illness, fever or general illness
Active inflammation, injury, irritation or skin disease in the treatment area
Active cold sore or other infectious disease in the treatment area
Allergy to materials used or their components
A health condition or use of medication that may affect the safety of the procedure, bleeding, healing or the final result
Pregnancy or breastfeeding, where the specific procedure is considered unsuitable during this period
Other circumstances that may pose a risk to the Client or the Service Provider
7.3 Refusal to Provide a ServiceThe Service Provider reserves the right not to perform or to discontinue a service if performing it could endanger the Client’s health, the safety of the procedure or the quality of the result.The service may also be refused if the Client fails to provide truthful information about their health condition, refuses to follow the Service Provider’s recommendations or fails to provide the necessary cooperation.7.4 Individual AssessmentEach procedure is assessed individually, taking into account the Client’s health condition, skin condition, expectations and the suitability of the selected method.8. Liability8.1 The Client acknowledges that the final result of individual procedures may vary from person to person and depends in particular on skin type, health condition, natural anatomical characteristics, the healing process and compliance with recommended aftercare instructions.8.2 The Service Provider is not responsible for results affected by failure to follow the recommended aftercare instructions.9. Complaints and Touch-Ups9.1 A complaint may be made in the event of a demonstrably defective performance of the service. A complaint does not include an individual healing process, a different physiological reaction or a result affected by failure to follow the recommended aftercare instructions.9.2 Touch-ups are charged according to the current price list.10. Personal Data Protection (GDPR)10.1 Personal data is processed solely for the purposes of booking and providing the service, unless otherwise specified in the Service Provider’s Privacy Policy or required by law.10.2 Personal data is not disclosed to third parties except where required by law or where necessary for the provision of payment or booking services.11. Final Provisions11.1 By submitting a booking, the Client confirms that they have read, understood and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.11.2 The Service Provider reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions.
